Fabrics

Type Description Usage
Nylon Modexim® offers lightweight, durable, and water -resistant nylon. Commonly used for outdoor and travel backpacks.
Polyester Modexim® provides you with polyester that is strong, resistant to shrinking and stretching, and dries quickly. Often used in school and casual backpacks.
Canvas Modexim® procures canvas that is heavy-duty and durable, but can be heavier than synthetic materials. Often used for fashion and vintage-style backpacks.

Padding

Type Description Usage
Foam/ EVA Different densities and types of foam (e.g., closed-cell foam) provide varying levels of cushioning and support. Used in the back panel and shoulder straps for comfort.

Hardware

Type Description Usage
Zippers Heavy-duty, often made by reliable manufacturers like YKK. Zippers can be waterproof or have protective flaps.
Buckles and Straps Made from plastic or metal, these components need to be strong and durable to withstand regular use. Metal buckles are typically more durable but heavier, while plastic buckles are lightweight and resistant to corrosion.

Adding Hardware:

  • Wheels, telescoping handles, and zippers are securely attached. 
  • Additional features like side handles, expandable zippers, and compression straps are added. 

CUTTING &
PREPARATION

  • Fabrics and frame materials are cut using precise templates and automated cutting machines to ensure accuracy and consistency.

FINISHING

  • Final touches are added to the product like tags, plastic covering

QUALITY CHECK

  • Each component is inspected to ensure it is securely attached and functional.

  • The finished product is checked for overall quality, including seam strength, zipper functionality, and wheel performance.

DISTRIBUTION

  • Once packed, products are ready to be dispatched to third party vendors / agents, wholesalers / retailers.

PACKAGING

  • The products are put in carton packing boxes and labelled and packed for distribution
